If you want to order animals, please send us an email with the appropriate content (including your delivery-address). We will then send you the data for further processing. Please note the shipping conditions.

Payment by PayPal and bank transfer:

All payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer.

Shipping terms (01. 03. 2017):

The shipping starts after payment exclusively from Monday to Wednesday by DHL and Deutsche Post. So the animals and plants arrive safely before the weekend. At low temperatures, heat packs and possibly styrofoam packaging are used, both of which are already included in the shipping price. During extreme minus temperatures or very high temperatures there is no shipping. Alive arrival is guaranteed with colonies shipped within Europe as long as night temperatures don't fall below 10 °C.

The shipping costs for up to seven plants on peat tablets are € 4,10. For larger orders of plants on peat tablets as well as live animals and plants in pots, we charge shipping costs of € 9,60. This shipping will give you a tracking number. Packaging, heat packs, styrofoam boxes are still included in the price. 

Particularly large ant colonies as well as other special articles are settled by arrangement possibly by forwarding or animal transport.

Global shipping conditions are done by arrangement via E-mail.
